A Letterhead is essentially the same contact information from your Business Card, except the information is displayed in a low, horizontal format at the top of a letter or web-document.

There are two Letterhead styles to choose from; Letterhead & Stationery.  Regualar Letterhead is set across the top of a document and is formatted like your Business Card, or you can rearrange the elements and add a border, which gives your letter a Stationery look; like in the picture above-right.  The one thing to keep in mind is that you don't want to make your Letterhead so large or overpowering that's it's distracting, or worse, gaudy.
